The Working with Bitbucket training course is designed to demonstrate how to use the application for source code and development projects that use either Mercurial or Git revision control systems. Bitbucket is a web-based version control repository hosting service.
The course begins by explaining how to use Bitbucket and Git source control for teams that use either a Scrum- or Kanban-style workflow. Next, students will learn the basic concepts that will be used daily by coders. The course provides students with hands-on experience with permissions, issue creation/editing, audit logs including an overview of organizing Git repos in Bitbucket on a per-project and per-team basis. The course concludes with a lesson on Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) integrations and pipelines.
