The All About Requirements training course is designed to increase the awareness, understanding, and skills needed to successfully obtain project specifications from stakeholders.
The course begins by addressing the need to properly understand an audience. Next, it examines ways to refine needs in the context of the 3 types of requirements. The course concludes with a look at how to communicate for transparency by defining what key messages are best for each audience type, as well as looking at the processes of Roadmap/Release Plan and Review Meetings.
