Ryan Hamblin has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Outdoor Recreation, Ryan followed the alternative dev ‘bootcamp’ model during the peak of its excitement. Ever since, he's worked as a front end developer across a variety of software teams in Salt Lake City, Utah. His passion is JavaScript and focus is ReactJS. Currently, Ryan is the program director of a full-stack web team at Lambda School where he authors curriculum, leads a team of amazingly talented instructors and occasionally lends his time to teaching a lesson to eager students.

Ryan loves speaking, teaching, hiking, biking, skiing and river rafting.
