Jan-Erik Sandberg is an international author and a requested speaker. He has coached agile teams since 2001 and is a veteran coder. He currently works as a Chief Operations Officer (COO) for Visma Retail Software, a Nordic company delivering state of the art software for the retail segment. He is also the founder of the premier community organization for blockchain development, BlockchainRebels.com. Jan-Erik has worked with all types of teams and his main expertise is large scale distributed teams. He started Norway's first community based group on Agile. He is known as an active participant in the Microsoft Developer Community, both locally and internationally as an MVP for 5 years.
