Jan-Erik Sandberg

Jan-Erik Sandberg is an international author and a requested speaker and has coached agile teams since 2001, being a veteran coder. Sandberg has worked in a variety of domains, from advanced robotics to law enforcement. Jan-Erik has worked as a leader for a wide range of teams, from small DevOps all the way up to being part of senior management of an internationally listed tech company represented in 20 countries. Jan-Erik’s main expertise is large-scale internationally distributed teams. Jan-Erik is the founder of the premier community organization for blockchain development, started Norway's first community-based group on Agile in 2001 and is known as an active participant in the Microsoft Developer Community, both locally and internationally as an MVP for 5 years.
