Alexander Eriksson

Alexander Eriksson is a Freelance Compositor and Digital Artist currently working for both feature film and high end commercial projects. His most recent work include films like "Man of Steel", "Gravity" and upcoming films "The Seventh Son" and "300: Rise of an Empire". He has also worked recently on commercials for Pepsi and BBC. Alexander has a background studying programming in C# and C++ but switched to digital arts after studying concept art and graphic design. After discovering visual effects he studied compositing for two years at a specialized university for VFX in Sweden called Campus i12 (www.campusi12.se). After graduating and completing an internship he was hired and later picked up by MPC in London to work on Prometheus. Since then he worked around Europe and in Canada for top VFX studios like MPC, Framestore, Cinesite, and The Mill.
