Alexander Costa

Alex is a passionate artist with over 5 years of experience working in the VFX and Animation industry. His career started by graduating from the Digital Media Art College in 2010 with a BFA in 3D Animation and a MFA in Visual Effects. He then began working with Digital Domain Florida doing exciting feature films while establishing a stronger foundation as an artist. Alex also worked at Weta Digital, were he was able to complete "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" and "The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug" with an outstanding crew of artist. He is currently teaching at the Art Institute of Michigan where he prepares students for the film and commercial field.
