What you'll learn

(Covers pre-2017 objectives) In this course viewers will learn how to support Office 365 to prepare for the 70-346 exam. We will go over setting up rights management and how we use it. We will also look at reporting and monitoring on the Office 365 environment using the Office 365 portal, PowerShell, and System Center Operations Manager. From there we will go over submitting service requests, as well as using the tools provided to us in Office 365 to support our users.
