The Certified Agile Practitioner training course is designed to demonstrate how to be an Agile project manager, known in the Scrum Agile process as "Scrum Master."
The Scrum Master properly executes Scrum and facilitates the necessary change within the engineering and overall organization. The course combines exercises, case studies, and examples to thoroughly teach students how to be a Scrum Master.
The course begins with an overview of the Agile framework and principles. It then dives into a Scrum overview including roles and responsibilities. The course concludes with building the product backlog, release planning and introducing sprints.
