In this accredited ITIL® 4 Foundation Path, you’ll learn foundational knowledge of IT service management and how the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) can help establish a framework for your organization to successfully deliver IT services to your customers. You’ll start with the core concepts and definitions of the ITIL® 4 framework. Then you’ll learn about ITIL® 4 service value system. When you’re finished with courses in this path, you will have the knowledge and skills to prepare yourself and take the ITIL® 4 Foundation exam.
