Windows Server 2012 R2: Core Network Services
This course is the third in a Learning Path of seven courses that cover Microsoft's 70-410 exam. This course explores how to configure IPv4 and IPv6 addressing, deploy and configure DHCP services, and deploy and configure a DNS service.
What you'll learn
In this course, you'll learn how to configure IP address options, IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting, interoperability between IPv4 and IPv6, intra-site automatic addressing protocol, and teredo. You will learn to deploy and configure DHCP, DHCP scopes, DHCP reservations, DHCP options, client and server PXE boot options, DHCP relay agent, and authorize a DHCP server. In addition, you will learn how to deploy and configure DNS, configure Active Directory integration of primary zones, configure DNS forwarders and root hints, manage the DNS cache, and create A and PTR resource records.
