First, you will explore configuring a local development environment for Sitecore including installing SQL Server and Solr, and install Sitecore using two methods: Sitecore Install Assistant (SIA) and Sitecore Installation Framework (SIF). Next, you will begin setting up a Sitecore MVC Visual Studio project using Helix architecture, and build a working web page with content managed in Sitecore using layouts, renderings, and data templates. You will also learn how to deploy your Sitecore Helix Visual Studio solution to your Sitecore website. Finally, you will learn about some valuable resources to help you continue studying Sitecore.
