This course will teach you how to migrate your SharePoint 2019 server data to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business in Microsoft 365 using both Microsoft and third-party tools.

Migrations of any kind can prove to be a challenge, particularly if you’re moving from an on-premises server. In this course, Migrating Your Content to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business, you’ll learn how to migrate your SharePoint 2019 server data to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business in Microsoft 365. First, you’ll discover the types of files you can migrate to SharePoint Online after creating an online account with Microsoft 365. Next, you’ll learn about different tools you can use to migrate your data including Microsoft provided tools and third-party tool options. Finally, you’ll explore how to migrate your data from on-premises, or from another tenant, to your newly created SharePoint Online account. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of Azure cloud migration needed to migrate your data to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business successfully.
