In this course, Salesforce Administration: Sales and Marketing Applications, you’ll learn to leverage sales and marketing functionality on the Salesforce platform. First, you’ll explore leads and opportunities for tracking sales. Next, you’ll discover campaigns for better organization of sales activity and communicating with contacts.
