What you'll learn
While there are many solutions available for publishing (online or in-print), Microsoft’s Publisher 2019 is very robust. In this course, Publisher 2019, you’ll learn the basics of how to work with Publisher 2019. First, you will do a quick tour of Publisher and help get your bearings. Then, you will explore different editing tips and tricks to fully utilize Publisher 2019. Finally, you will do a final check and edit proof before sharing your completed publication. Upon completion, you’ll be ready to use Publisher 2019 to make professional looking documentation.
About the author
Shari majored in Business Administration and minored in Communication at the University of Colorado. She has over 12 years of training experience in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, and Personal Development in addition to a wide range of computer software programs and operating systems. She began her career in training in her role as Human Resources Manager, became an adjunct professor for Regis University and transferred those skills into technical training, consulting, and courseware de... morevelopment.
Shari has delivered training for several large corporations in Colorado, Oregon, California, and Minnesota as well as for individuals and small businesses. Her philosophy in training is that it's her job to make my student's job easier and she enjoys helping them find more efficient ways to perform their daily tasks.
Shari's expertise in the applications she teaches makes her an excellent resource as a subject matter expert. This often leads to consulting engagements. Shari specializes in the data driven applications such as Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, and Crystal Reports. Her newest passion is the wonderous world of SharePoint to help organizations communicate and collaborate more effectively.
Most recently, Shari's expertise has brought her into the world of eLearning Development. Her largest project included over 200 lessons developed for a software application used to manage medical practices where she managed the project and developed about 60% of the content. Shari developed a SharePoint site which tracked the progress of the lessons and modules through 6 phases of development.
