What you'll learn
In accomplishing project objectives, teams often encounter challenges outside their area of expertise and situations that may cloud their focus. In such cases, working with procurement sources can be an effective and efficient way for teams to achieve their goals. In this course, Procurement Management in Project Environments, you’ll learn how to effectively manage procurement efforts in project environments. First, you’ll learn about make-or-buy decision making and the kind of procurement contracts that might make the most sense for any given situation. Next, you’ll discover how to evaluate potential procurement relationships. Finally, you’ll explore how to manage procurement relationships effectively in any project environment.
