Updated to align with the 6th Edition of the PMBOK® Guide, this course, Project Stakeholder Management is the thirteenth course in Pluralsight’s series preparing you for the newest version of the PMP® exam. This course explores many of the processes found in the Project Stakeholder Management knowledge area. First, you'll start off learning how to identify and categorize stakeholders. Next, you'll learn how to effectively plan for stakeholder engagement, manage stakeholder engagement, and monitor engagement levels and efforts. Finally, you'll learn to continually refine your team's approach to stakeholder management. By the end of this course, you'll better understand who might be considered a project stakeholder, and how to communicate and collaborate with them effectively in order to reach project goals.
