Play by Play: Crafting Audience Experience with Salesforce Communities
In this course, you’ll receive a basic introduction to lightning communities on the Salesforce platform and dive deep into the powerful, yet declaratively-driven, personalization and targeting features now available.
What you'll learn
Play by Play is a series in which top technologists work through a problem in real time, unrehearsed, and unscripted. In this course, Play by Play: Crafting Audience Experience with Salesforce Communities, Phil Weinmeister and Don Robins demonstrate the value proposition of Salesforce Community Cloud, and how it can allow non-technical resources to build communities that provide a unique, personalized user experience to targeted audiences. Learn the basics of Salesforce Communities, how to leverage the dynamic power of "Audience Targeting," and where the behavior and presentation of the user interface can be precisely controlled by both business data and declarative configuration. By the end of this course, you’ll have gained deep and valuable insight into what’s possible with Communities for building an aesthetic, modern, and tailored experience for customers, partners, or even employees in your Salesforce org.
