Getting started in web development can be daunting. In this course, you will learn how to use HTML, CSS and JavaScript to start your journey towards web development.

What you'll learn

If you want to get comfortable with web development, you need to start with the basics. In this course, Front-end Web Development Quick Start with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, you will learn to write your own web pages. First, you’ll explore how HTML works to structure your pages. Next, you’ll learn how to use Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) to create good looking web pages. Finally, you’ll get an introduction to modern JavaScript to make your web pages interactive. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll be ready to start writing your own web pages and tackle more advanced topics of building the server and client side of web development.
