First, you’ll explore common computing devices like smartphones, tablets, servers, and IoT devices, and understand their specific purposes. Next, you’ll discover the function of internal computing components, including motherboards, CPUs, and RAM, along with storage types and their comparisons. Finally, you’ll learn how to install and configure peripheral devices. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll be ready to proceed to the next course, covering the second half of Domain 2, and be well on your way to build the knowledge and skills needed in infrastructure essentials for the CompTIA Tech+ exam FC0-U71.
