Change Management: Developing the Plan
This course will teach you how to develop a change management plan that defines how the change scope will be communicated, executed, supported, and monitored. This course will also help you prepare for the CCMP exam that the ACMP administers.

Change, when not managed correctly, can be disruptive to our work environments. In this course, Change Management: Developing the Plan, you’ll learn key skills and techniques that help define the ‘how’ of the change work needed.
