Designing a Rocket for 3D Printing in Tinkercad
Throughout this Tinkercad tutorial, we'll go through the process of using Tinkercad as a simple CAD tool to model a rocket for 3D printing. Software required: Tinkercad, NetFabb.
What you'll learn
Throughout this Tinkercad tutorial, we'll go through the process of using Tinkercad as a simple CAD tool to model a rocket for 3D printing. We'll design and develop models with an eye towards manufacture through 3D Printing or CNC machining. We'll learn to use basic shapes to create more complex ones and turning them into a design suitable for production. We'll also build on other designs to enhance, modify, and adapt them for our purposes. By the end of this Tinkercad training, we'll have modeled a complete rocket that will be ready for print. Software required: Tinkercad, NetFabb.
