The course also discusses the tradeoffs between creating service application instances using the Farm Creation Wizard versus creating them by hand or using PowerShell scripts. You will also learn how to create web application and configure authentication providers so that you can creates sites and secure access to them using Windows authentication or forms-based authentication (FBA).
