We have learned that the Public no longer “trusts” people in power to make the right decisions in regards to COVID-19 next steps. With Artificial Intelligence being underutilised, particularly by Public Health Officials, to augment decision making during this pandemic, how can AI can be utilised in the future? Potential options include: Building a trusted assistant the population can trust; augmenting decision making by public health officials; and accelerating the ability for critical care to be scaled effectively. Brad Twynham is a Technology Strategist with 25 years as an innovator and advisor in the Enterprise Computing Space. He is also on the Board of a Number of AI based Medtech Start Ups and one the Largest Public Health Administration Organisations in Australia. Brad is passionate about reshaping the current health system and utilising exponential technologies to re-imagine a more equitable health system for all.
