Citrix: uberAgent UXM Deployment and Administration
This course will teach you how to create a Citrix uberAgent deployment that will collect metrics from machines and applications in your environment, and display them as scores offering deeper-level information for monitoring and analysis purposes.
What you'll learn
In this course, Citrix: uberAgent UXM Deployment and Administration, you’ll learn how to build a powerful machine application monitoring and analysis system. First, you’ll explore the components that make an uberAgent deployment: how to install, configure, and update them on machines. Next, you’ll discover how to use the uberAgent dashboards in Splunk to monitor session, site, and NetScaler key metrics in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops sites and Citrix DaaS deployments. Finally, you’ll learn how to create alerting, customized dashboards and reports, and how to export dashboards and search results for compliance and auditing purposes. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to create the required visibility into your end-user computing that's needed to monitor and analyze IT deployments in many common IT operations use cases, such as SLA compliance, sizing and capacity planning, license compliance, and troubleshooting.
