In this course, you’ll learn the how’s and why’s of setting up Citrix ADC for high availability / disaster recovery. By eliminating single points of failure, users can continue accessing remote systems despite failure of one or more Citrix ADC nodes.

Eliminating single points of failure is critical for IT departments. In this course, Citrix ADC High Availability and Disaster Recovery, you’ll learn how to ensure maximum redundancy. First, you’ll explore the requirements for implementing high availability and observe how to implement HA. Next, you’ll delve into the various options associated with HA configuration, as well as upgrades and failover. Next, you’ll gain an understanding of disaster recovery options, especially as related to large environments. Finally, you’ll learn about some common issues and how to effectively troubleshoot. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge to eliminate single points of remote access failure. You’ll understand Citrix ADC High Availability and Disaster Recovery and will be able to administer a redundancy solution.
About the author
Jo Harder has been involved with virtualization technologies for nearly 20 years, since the days of WinFrame/MetaFrame and the infancy of hypervisors. She started her technical career at Citrix in 1999, where she became a Senior Architect. Her 11-year tenure included a combination of Citrix Consulting and Technical Readiness roles. Post Citrix, Jo has taken on positions focused on consulting services and hosting provider services, as well as the creation of technical materials for various audiences. Starting in February 2015, she has been a Citrix Technology Professional awardee each year.
