In search for answers, we explore the multiple dimensions of data literacy. Beyond the capability to read and interpret data, it is also about critical skills, fact-checking, sourcing data, understanding bias, visualization, etc. We also discuss an open-source framework that would allow measuring data literacy for individuals, organizations, and society so that data can unleash its potential for all.
