Deploy Applications to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

by Wayne Hoggett

Kubernetes is the industry standard for deploying, scaling, and managing cloud-native applications. This course will teach you to deploy applications to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and integrate with Azure services.

What you'll learn

As organizations adopt cloud-native applications and services, the need for effective management and orchestration of containerized workloads becomes crucial. In this course, Deploy Applications to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), you’ll learn how to deploy applications to your managed cluster and integrate your cluster with Azure services to provide container image storage, secrets management, and persistent storage for your applications. First, you’ll explore DevOps and GitOps and common deployment practices, and how to integrate Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) with Azure Container Registry (ACR) to provide container image storage for your containerized applications. Next, you’ll learn how to deploy to your managed cluster and effectively manage your applications using industry-standard cloud-native tools. Finally, you’ll learn how to integrate your managed cluster with Azure Key Vault for secret management and how to integrate your cluster with Azure storage to provide persistent storage for your containerized applications. When you’re finished with this course, you’ll have the skills and knowledge of application deployment to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) needed to deploy and manage applications and integrate your managed cluster with the most commonly used Azure services.
