Agile requires a very different approach to project management in a number of areas including risk management, project metrics, stakeholder management, and Agile Contracts. In this course, Understanding Agile Risk Management, Metrics, Stakeholder Management, and Agile Contracts, you will unearth important skills that are significantly different in an Agile environment. First, you will discover how Agile can provide a foundation for a very effective risk management approach; geared to the level of uncertainty in the project. Then, you will explore how to use metrics to effectively manage Agile projects.
