Create a Cosmos DB Instance in the Azure Portal
In the Azure portal, navigate to Azure Cosmos DB and create a new Cosmos DB instance using the NoSQL API. Make sure the Free Tier Discount is disabled, Geo-Redundancy and Multi-region Writes are enabled, and the Location is (US) West US.

Challenge
Configure Cosmos DB
In the Azure portal, configure Replication to the South Central US region and configure Eventual consistency. After that, create an 'Items' container. The container should be configured with an Indexing Policy set to none. Finally, create an alert to monitor Provisioned Throughput on the database.
