    1. Deploy the updated template

      Note: Deployment should take around 8 minutes to complete. If the deployment fails or if the Subscription and Resource group are not populating: refresh the screen, correct any errors, and redeploy the template.

    • Costs must be minimized

    Web App Requirements

    • The Web App must support Autoscale via rules, 10 daily backups and 5 staging slots
    • The Web App must support only HTTPs traffic

    Function App Requirements

    • The Function App must support only HTTPs traffic

    Storage Requirements

    • Data in the Azure Storage account must be replicated to a secondary region
    • Transfers to/from the Azure Storage account must require only HTTPs traffic
  3. Challenge

    Review and Update the Deployment Template

    1. Review the template to ensure it meets the business requirements listed below.
    2. If the template does not meet the requirements, modify the template before deployment.

    1. Use the web app to confirm the application functions as expected. If you upload an image, a thumbnail should be generated almost immediatelty.
