Deploy a single Azure SQL Database to meet the following requirements:
- Use only Entra-based authentication
- SLA of 99.99%
- Storage up to 1TB, set to 10GB at deployment
- Support up to 3000 DTUs, set to 50 DTUs at deployment
- Backups must be geo-redundant
- Costs must be minimized

Verify the Business Requirements have been met
- Confirm that the database can scale to the required capacity: 1 TB
- Confirm that the database can scale to the required DTUs: 3000
- Confirm the backup storage redundancy is set to: Geo-redundant backup storage
