Connect to the Database and Create a New Keyspace
Note: The version of Cassandra has been updated to 3.11.8.
Start the Cassandra Query Language shell:
/home/cloud_user/apache-cassandra-3.11.8/bin/cqlsh
Create a new keyspace named
demo
with a SimpleStrategy replication and 1 node:CREATE KEYSPACE demo WITH replication = {'class':'SimpleStrategy', 'replication_factor' : 1};
Note This replication configuration is for demonstration only and is not recommended for production use.

then

once you have inserted the above information, run a query to see the data entered into the table with
SELECT * from users;
