This lab provides practice scenarios to help prepare you for the Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) exam. You will be presented with tasks to complete, as well as server(s) and/or an existing Kubernetes cluster to complete them in. You will need to use your knowledge of Kubernetes to successfully complete the provided tasks, much like you would on the real CKAD exam. Good luck!

Configure a Deployment's Pods to Use an Existing ServiceAccount
- Identify the Deployment called han in the default Namespace.
- Use the kubectl edit deployment han command to modify the Deployment configuration.
- In the Pod spec, add the line serviceAccountName: falcon-sa just under the spec line. This will make the Pods use the falcon-sa ServiceAccount.
- Verify the Deployment's Pods are running.

Customize Security Settings for the First Container in a Deployment's Pods
- Identify the Deployment called lando in the default Namespace.
- Use the kubectl edit deployment lando command to modify the Deployment configuration.
- In the containers spec, configure the securityContext for the first container in the Pod template. Allow privilege escalation and configure the container process to run as the user with user ID 2727.
- Verify the Deployment's Pods are running. You should see the old lando Pod Terminating and a new one in a Running status.
