Her journey led her to join Citrix, where she excelled in troubleshooting NetScaler with technical support. Saumya's commitment extended to upskilling and training over 200 employees, coupled with the development of eLearning content tailored for NetScaler. She takes immense pleasure in mentoring engineers and witnessing their professional growth. Saumya's true passion lies in constructing laboratory environments for experimentation and innovation. Currently, Saumya holds the role of Senior Enablement Specialist within the Cloud Software Group, formerly Citrix, where she continues to make valuable contributions to networking and IT.
