Juan Mosquera

Juan is a seasoned IT professional with two decades of vast experience in information technology with a focus on troubleshooting and managing customers technical issues within a Technical Support environment. He has dedicated 10 years of his career to Citrix administration and troubleshooting, gaining a wealth of expertise across various Citrix solutions, including Storefront, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Endpoint Management, and Sharefile. Juan has made significant contributions in the creation and development of training programs tailored for Citrix Frontline and Escalation Support engineers. His knowledge and expertise were recognized when he took the stage as a presenter at Citrix TechEdge in both 2017 and 2018. Juan's commitment extended beyond training, as he actively participated in recruiting and training XenMobile and Sharefile support teams within our Support Center of Excellence in Costa Rica. Additionally, he contributed to shaping the XenMobile 10 Certification Exam. One of Juan's greatest achievements is his role as the creator and presenter of the "Deploy Citrix DaaS on Google Cloud Customer Journey Course," available here on Pluralsight. Juan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Broward College. He is currently pursuing an MBA from Nova Southeastern University, with an anticipated graduation date in December 2023. During his free time, Juan treasures spending time with his family and enjoys riding his road bike.
