Ben Bartels

Ben has a deep appreciation for all things technology and loves to help people understand complex topics. He has worked in the IT industry for over 15 years as a system administrator, Citrix Technical Lead, and now a Sr. Enablement Specialist at Citrix. Ben has been the recipient of multiple awards at Citrix for high performance as a Technical Support Engineer and Technical Lead. He once owned an MSP, managing the networks for a few local small to medium businesses. He has multiple IT degrees and has achieved certifications from Microsoft (MCSA equivalent), Citrix (CCE-V) , and CompTIA (A+, Network +, Security+.) Ben enjoys playing video games with his two kids and can be found at local campfires singing and playing guitar (poorly). He has spent many hours consuming Pluralsight courses and has recently been granted the honor of a Pluralsight author delegation. He is excited to be starting this new chapter by sharing his teachings with the awesome Pluralsight subscribers!
