Andy Watt

Andy is a seasoned software engineer with nearly 20 years experience in the tech industry. He currently operates as a freelance developer, keeping life interesting by working on a variety of projects and utilizing a number of technologies. Andy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Robert Gordon University. He has worked primarily with .NET, and has used every web tech imaginable, from classic ASP to Blazor, and everything in between! A dedicated lifelong learner, Andy continually sharpens his skills through various courses both formal and informal. Andy also enjoys sharing his knowledge. He writes technical articles on his blog, and recently published his first book titled “Building Modern SaaS Applications with C# and .NET” Andy loves to get outside and explore the Scottish countryside. He is a keen rock climber and hillwalker, and also likes to go running, and cycling. Andy mostly just enjoys a challenge, be it a thorny technical issue, or a steep mountain trail!
