As most of you probably know, starting this year the US is making Daylight Saving Time 4 weeks longer then it has been historically.

Unless you take the appropriate steps, your Windows Mobile device will not be aware of the change in time when the time changes. J Because DST starts 3 weeks earlier and ends 1 week later, your Windows Mobile device will display the incorrect time during these periods unless you update your device with the new DST information.

The values for when DST starts and ends are stored in the registry of the device so they are easily updated. Rather then requiring each of us to fire up the Remote Registry Editor and manually tweak these registry entries, Microsoft has provided the necessary tools to update your device at Windows Mobile Updates for Daylight Savings Time.

The US switches to DST this upcoming weekend (2:00 AM Sunday 11-March) so you'll want to be sure to apply the necessary patches/updates this week.
