As some of you will recall, I posted off topic about a month ago regarding an extreme act of animal cruelty. I won’t go into the details here again - I did however want to provide a brief update for anyone who is interested.
The cat is still faced with a long and difficult recovery from the injuries the person inflected upon her but there is some good news. Although her severely burned front leg was amputated, her deeply lacerated back leg was successfully repaired surgically and does not need to be amputated as was originally expected.
