Steve Lasker, Microsoft PM Tech Lead, has posted a SQL Everywhere FAQ. It does a nice job of making it clear as to what SQL Everywhere is and what it is not.

I suggest checking it out, even if you don't think SQL Everywhere is something you need. I'm betting that you probably will make use of it sooner then you might think J
