I am having problems with how tabbed pages come up but mine says "Internet Explorer cannot display web page". If I click on the home button it does display. It used to have Google as main page and Yahoo as tabs. Google still come up as main page. I have tried some of the solutions but still comes up as before.

thanks. it worked. might be best if you add the bit about ticking the box "don't show this tab again" to the main solution above. :)

Also iam not blind but the friggin codes are almost imperceivable?????

After choosing the option to "Open home page instead of blank tabs", the next time you click on a new tab and get the Welcome to Tabbed Browsing page, check the box that says to "never show me this page again." Close that page. The next new tab you click on should load your home page.

WCF in .NET 3.0 implements WS-Policy 1.2. Also .NET 3.5 added support for WS-Policy 1.5, which is a W3C Recommendation.

I had the problem "new tab will not open in home page".
Solution was for me.
The following registry key was missing.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Microsoft\InternetExplorer\TabbedBrowsing
DWORD was missing..ShowTabsWelcome..value 0
If you right click ou can enter this missing DWORD.
