Brought to you by Ricoh, Intel, Lexmark, and Microsoft, the latest (last?) version of the Devices Profile incorporates feedback from the interop workshop. Generally, it has clarifications and cleanup around metadata and retrieval: http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2006/02/devprof.

The most interesting change is probably replacing the http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/mex/Get/Request [action] with http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/transfer/Get from WS-Transfer [1]. The high-order intent is to have a single Get operation in the architecture as the standard way to do retrievals. WS-MetadataExchange [2] should be updated to reflect this too [3].
