I feel much better.
 
I no longer have to live a lie.

Don, there seems to be mis-understanding about your definitions of Lo and Hi. Could you please clarify?

It sounded to me like Lo is GET/POST used correctly and Hi is GET/POST/PUT used correctly.

And it disn't seem like you were making a suggestion for the format of the payloads (XML vs JSON vs querystring vs YAML, etc.).
