POX enters the Lexicon

Many of us inside the big house use the term "plain old XML" or POX to describe XML sans SOAP.
 
Dare's the first one I've seen to use it out in the wild.
 
Dare's piece is well worth reading even if he didn't use one of my favorite phrases…

Seems inevitable but...um, there is the slight problem with pox *already being* in the lexicon.

If you wanted to use "POXy" for instance to refer to the quality of being or using XML sans SOAP, it wouldn't exactly sound neutral :-)

Which is a shame.
