If you like starting with XSD, don't miss Kirk's XSD build provider for VS.NET 2005. You'll love it.
 
It's perfect for the hybrid approach where you start with XSD's, generate classes, and then author doc/lit/bare WebMethods manually.

Just as a reference I've implemented the "Right-click to the Project -> Generate Classes for XSD" using GAT.
I released the xsd package to GDN.
Today works for VS 2005 Beta 2 but as soon as GAT releases its final version I will update it.
